Gatherings!

Our on-site, online, and free groups offer meaningful opportunities to connect with others, share stories, and exchange ideas. Through these experiences, you’ll gain practical skills, discover new tools, find encouragement, and build supportive relationships. Fresh groups and classes are starting regularly—there’s always something new to join! If you have any questions at all, reach out to us!

We Got This! Caregiver Support Group

This is a group open to any aunt/uncle/grandparent raising children that are their niece/nephew/grandchild. A meal is provided. Some conversation is guided open conversation some will be around evidence based class work called PASTA- Parenting the second time around. Location is the Family Resource Center at 117 Main St Berlin NH if you can not attend in person and want to meet virtual, we have a Zoom option as well.

Parenting a Second Time Around (PASTA)

This is a group open to any one Parenting for a second time around! A meal is provided. Some conversation is guided open conversation, some will be around evidence based class work called PASTA- Parenting the second time around.

Anger Management

Come join us in a cognitive-behavioral therapy approach to helping manage anger. Anger is a very normal feeling but this group will help people identify their emotions and then come up with more healthy ways in dealing with anger. This is an evidence-based SAMSHA curriculum and those in attendance will be given a workbook. This is a 12-week course that upon completion, participants will receive a certificate.

Toddler Time

Are you looking to connect with other parents and caregivers while engaging in fun activities with your little ones? We offer monthly Baby and Me groups for families with children birth to age 5 in both Littleton and Berlin. These groups promote fine and gross motor development, exploration, wonder, socialization, creativity, parent/child bonding, and more.

Recovery-on-the-Go

Recovery on the Go is a safe place to chat with others about the successes and hardships of our recovery journey.

SMART Recovery

Open and Ongoing Recovery Support Meeting to support individuals who have chosen to abstain, or are considering abstinence from any type of addictive behaviors (substances or activities), by teaching how to change self-defeating thinking, emotions, and actions; and to work towards long-term satisfactions and quality of life.
