Caregiver Support
5:30pm every other Thursday
This is a group open to any aunt/uncle/grandparent raising children that are their niece/nephew/grandchild. A meal is provided. Some conversation is guided open conversation some will be around evidence based class work called PASTA- Parenting the second time around. Location is the Family Resource Center at 117 Main St Berlin NH if you can not attend in person and want to meet virtual, we have a Zoom option as well.

Dads Not Alone
5:30pm every other Tuesday
The Dads Not Alone Group takes place every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the Month and meets at Exile Burrito Mexican restaurant (161 Main St. Berlin, NH). Drop by have some tacos and enjoy conversations with other fathers.

Anger Management
Come join us in a cognitive-behavioral therapy approach to helping manage anger. Anger is a very normal feeling but this group will help people identify their emotions and then come up with more healthy ways in dealing with anger. This is an evidence-based SAMSHA curriculum and those in attendance will be given a workbook. This is a 12-week course that upon completion, participants will receive a certificate.
Strengthening Bonds
Strengthening Bonds is a program helping parents strengthen skills within their recovery journey to reconnect and rebuild their most important relationships. Participants will receive a certificate of completion. Child care is available.

Recovery To Go
Every Wednesday 9:30am
Join us online via Zoom from wherever you are for a cup of coffee and conversation. $5 Dunkin Donuts card for each meeting that is attended. This is a virtual meeting place for support.

SMART Recovery
Open and Ongoing Recovery Support Meeting to support individuals who have chosen to abstain, or are considering abstinence from any type of addictive behaviors (substances or activities), by teaching how to change self-defeating thinking, emotions, and actions; and to work towards long-term satisfactions and quality of life.
